3 Georgievsky Sjezd, Nizhny Novgorod 603005 GSP-56 Russia

Alexandrovsky Garden hotel is situated in a unique and very beautiful place of Nizhny Novgorod city: on Nizhne-Volzhskaya embankment, near the historical monument of landscape architecture of the 19th century, after which it was named.

If you go to the left on the Volga embankment, you can see a panorama of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin with the recently restored Zachatievskaya tower. In the summer, you can rise Kladovaya tower and walk along the fortress walls and enjoy an unforgettable view of the Strelka - the confluence of the Oka and the Volga rivers, of the monumental Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair and the whole city on the other side of the Oka river. You can also see the famous Chkalov Staircase and take a walk to the historical merchant Rozhdestvenskaya street with its remarkable Stroganov Church (Church of the Nativity of the Virgin).

To the right of the hotel complex there are also many interesting places, both historical and contemporary: Rowing Canal with the beach, Park of the Victory with a museum of military hardware under the open sky, functioning Voznesensky Pechorsky Monastery and cable car line leading to Bor town, the suburbs of Nizhny Novgorod.

If you go up the Georgievsky sjezd, then find yourself in the very heart of Nizhny Novgorod – the Minin and Pozharsky Square. The most beautiful streets of the city spring from here: the Verkhne-Volzhskaya embankment, the pedestrian B. Pokrovskaya street and many other old streets.
